I offer group training in Empathic Communication both in person and online for organisations in the transport industry, who are looking to improve diversity and wellbeing. 

Recent courses have included:

• How to start difficult conversations for a membership organisation
• Banter or bullying: where do you draw the line? for women in the transport industry

I also offer 1-2-1 coaching both for individual communication skills training and for personal and professional development.
